Tamadun Association recognizes sustainable livelihoods as a cornerstone of recovery and long-term development, particularly in vulnerable and economically marginalized areas. Our livelihood programs are designed to equip individuals with the skills, tools, and resources needed to secure dignified work and self-reliance. We deliver tailored vocational training aligned with market needs and offer business development support to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. This includes business planning, financial literacy, access to micro-grants, and mentorship. Women and youth are prioritized in all livelihood interventions, ensuring they can overcome systemic barriers to employment and economic participation. Through partnerships with private sector actors and local cooperatives, Tamadun facilitates job placement and supports the creation of home-based and small businesses, especially in rural and underserved areas. The association also promotes inclusive economic recovery by supporting green and innovative economic initiatives that address both income generation and community development.
